Morning Meditation and Movement (all levels, beginner friendly)

This class is a slow flow class geared towards all levels but gentle and easy for beginners.  This class will touch on basic meditation throughout class as well at touching on many breathing techniques. The movements will be slow and calm connecting breath to every single movement. This class is amazing for stress relief and easing anxiety as well as connecting your body mind and soul. Heavy focus on proper alignments and postures to allow you to feel the most comfortable with your practice. 

Rise & Shine (all levels, beginner friendly )

This is a bright an early class! designed to get your small movements in before your day fully starts. So bring your coffee or your tea and come wake up with us. This an all levels class with small movements to wake up your tired stiff body from the night and get your mind in a well balanced place to take on the day .

Chakra Alignment Flow (all levels, beginner friendly )

This class focuses on all your bodies chakras, connects movements and breaths to each chakra. Various postures and asanas will be connected to each chakra to help balance, revitalize and wake up your entire body.

Heart opening Restorative ( all levels, beginner friendly)

The fourth chakra, also referred to as the heart chakra, is located at the center of the chest and includes the heart, cardiac plexus, thymus gland, lungs, and breasts. It also rules the lymphatic system. The Sanskrit word for the fourth chakra is Anahata, which means “unstruck” or “unhurt.”The heart chakra meaning is responsible for our emotions and our feelings, and is the centre of our energy for happiness, love, sadness and anger. It is said to be an important chakra for our spiritual development and the progress to our higher self, where unconditional love exists. This class aims to let your heart chakra run free and happy all while working some slow smooth restorative postures and poses.

Slow Vinyasa ( all levels, beginner friendly)

Vinyasa is connecting breaths to movements. Vines means flow so a typical Vinyasa practice is flowey with movements blending and moving as one. This class is slower. connecting some more breaths to a single movement, with more focus on alignment and proper movements. This class is great for someone brand new to yoga and a little intimidated and people who want a slower class with movement.

 

Go With The Flow; Steady Vinyasa  (all levels)

This class focus's on an all level approach. It will be a mixture of a steady Vinyasa (Vinyasa means flow) so this class with gracefully flow in and out of different postures and movements all while working to connect your breath to every movement. 

Stretch Strengthen and Simmer (all levels)

stretch strengthen and simmer focuses on steady vinyasa flows that focus on simmering in each movement to help optimize the muscle functions. This class is all levels. 

Strong Slow Flow (all flows, beginner friendly)

Strong Slow Flow is a hybrid type class that takes roots from various traditional styles of yoga such as vinyasa, Yin Yoga, as well at breath work taken from Hatha Yoga. Poses will move slower and stay in each one a little bit longer focusing on opening up your muscles and facia a little more. This class is great for all levels but also amazing for beginners who tend to feel intimidated over other yoga classes. 

Mind Body & Soul, powerful Vinyasa and Nidra ( all levels)

This class is not one to miss! It is a mixture of a powerful Vinyasa style class with a rejuvenating nidra to end. Yoga nidra (Sanskrit: योग निद्रा) or yogic sleep) is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. This state of consciousness (yoga nidra) is different from meditation in which concentration on a single focus is required. In yoga nidra the practitioner remains in a state of light withdrawal of the 5 senses (pratyahara) with four of his or her senses internalised, that is, withdrawn, and only the hearing still connects to the instructions. The yogic goal of both paths, deep relaxation (yoga nidra) and meditation are the same, a state of meditative consciousness called samadhi

Chair Yoga (beginner friendly) 

Chair Yoga is a practice using a chair for seated poses, and the chair as a balance point for standing poses. ... Gentle Yoga & Meditation: Gentle Yoga & Meditation is a practice of melding together breath and movement, most of which is seated on the floor. These classes may have a longer meditation than others. This class is easy on the joints and perfect for those who struggle getting up and down from the ground to stand during a typical yoga class.

Little Roots (ages 2-5 ish)

Little Roots Children's Yoga classes. are a high movement class that works on many areas of development. Socialization, body awareness, as well as small and large motor skills. Many times we hear parents say " my little ones are way to active for yoga!" thats okay ! they are supposed to be active! this class embraces the activeness of your little one. They will run, move, jump and build during this class. 

Little Roots (birth - 2 years )

Little ones at tis age are not meant to listen to numerous instruction, they are here to explore, play, socialize and have fun. This class aims for socialization and play mixed with yoga throughout class. There are numerous stations and group play!

Meditative Yoga for Peace

The purpose of this class is to showing you the most important place to be flexible is within. We will Practice connecting the mind with the heart, and begin to uncover your inner being so that you can exist from a place of wisdom and compassion. We will also focus on breathe work and Yoga Asana where we unite the breathe mind, body, spirit and heart. If you are looking for a meditative deep experience while practicing yoga poses this class is for you. 

Gratitude + Devotion Flow

It is a slow, sweet and strong vinyasa guided by breath with a rooted intention sprinkled throughout the sequencing. This class explores a wide range of yogic tools including sun salutations, vinyasa asana sequences, restorative poses, yogic breathing, chanting, inspirational quotes from great yogic teachers, mystical poetry, prayer, affirmations, aromatherapy, and much more.  A rhythmic & devotional flow where you can explore connecting your mind to your breath. In doing so, you reclaim the power to calm your mind and body with every inhale and exhale. Concetta’s classes lead into more restorative and meditative poses at the end of class for a calming, balancing effect on the body and mind to guiding us into a sacred savasana. All levels welcome.
